The advice and demonstration of equipment which Dacon Inspection Technology B.V. gives is always independent and without any obligation. Our philosophy is that we will assist you at all times in making the right choices, even if it is beyond our supplier portfolio.
SERVICE & MAINTENANCE
Our motto “Do not suspect, Inspect” does not only apply to the execution of inspections, but also to preventive maintenance or repairs of unforeseen damage to your equipment. When it comes to replacement equipment, clear quotes and the personal approach by our specialized repair team we will make sure we will assist in your needs. In addition to a quick repair time and optimal service, we can offer you Full-Service maintenance contracts for your equipment. With this we will completely unburden you and your organization.
By years of experience we have learned that it is very important to provide user training on every delivered system or during staff change. That is why we have introduced a mandatory user training with every new system. It is also possible to carry out this training on request, for example, by staff change, staff expansion and/or technology demand. We can carry out these user training sessions at your location or at our office in Nieuw-Vennep (NL).
We are fully equipped with replacement equipment that you might require during repair. But also if you’re directly in need of (extra) visual inspection equipment we rent our equipment from a minimum duration of one day or for longer period.
