APPLICATIONS

DESCRIPTION

To facilitate visual inspections of minor components, borescopes with reduced diameters have been developed which are equipped with the excellent HSW made “High-Speed” rod lens system. They are characterised by an excellent image reproduction, both in the centre and in the peripheral zone of the view field. In this way, they facilitate inspections of small details in all industrial applications by rendering high resolution in combination with super-bright images.

Technical specifications:

• Jacket tube, shank and fibre optic light guide entry piece made of stainless steel
• Fibre-optic light guide entry piece holder with light condenser, which leads to an increase of 30% light intensity output at the tip
• Adaptable, fiber-optic light guide entry piece (ACM, Wolf). The adaptor allows connection to many other brands
• DIN ISO eyepiece: 32 mm. This enables easy connection of accessories, such as cameras of the most manufacturers
• Three-tube design for the 1,9 mm and 2,7 mm diameter devices. Objective lenses protected by three stainless steel tubes (outer, inner and optical tube). Easy repair and robust design. For devices up to 1,7 mm diameter there is a 2 stainless steel tube used
• High bending resistance
• Large focus depth: 1 mm up to infinity
• Large field of view
• The instrument is resistant to fuel, oil and other conventional solvents as well as water-tight
• Pressure resistance standard scope is 3 bar (optional higher)
• Operating temperature -40˚ Celsius up to 120˚ Celsius
